Todd’s injury woes continue
Port Adelaide forward Todd Marshall’s stint on the sidelines will continue due to an ongoing foot tendon injury associated with an ankle sprain suffered just over a fortnight ago.
The former Deni Rams junior has not played since falling awkwardly in a contest and spraining his left ankle during the third quarter of Port Adelaide’s SANFL game against Adelaide in Kadina on July 15.
While his ankle has recovered, associated damage to a tendon in the same foot has yet to resolve.
Marshall will wear a moon boot and use crutches to allow the foot injury to settle in the short term and he will start running again as soon as possible.
The 198cm forward has played 10 career AFL games since debuting in Round 22 2017, and has kicked 11 goals in seven games this season.
