Pump­kin seeds: Use in slices, muesli or bis­cuits, or over fruit and yo­ghurt. Miso: Pop in soups and dress­ings. Pita bread: Use as a pizza base, or fill with your favourite salad in­gre­di­ents, a drained can of tuna in spring­wa­ter and a spoon­ful of low-fat cot­tage cheese for a quick and easy lunch. Sour­dough bread: Per­fect for bread­crumbs, and you can freeze for later. Or toast and spread with mashed avo, roast toma­toes, spinach and a poached egg for a tasty break­fast.

CHILLED

Sour cream: Good for bak­ing, or on top of a baked Carisma or sweet potato with herbs and pep­per.
