LY­CHEE AND BA­NANA SMOOTHIE

Put 80g (1/2 cup) drained canned ly­chees, 1 medium ripe ba­nana, 200ml al­mond milk, 170g tub Chobani co­conut yo­ghurt, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/3 cup ice cubes and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence in a blender. Cover and blend un­til smooth. Serves 1.
