Lensbaby is going back to its roots with its new Sol 45 tilt-shift optic

Digital Camera World - - IN FOCUS -

With a focal length of 45mm and a fixed aperture of f/3.5, the manualfocus only Sol 45 achieves the signature dreamlike Lensbaby look in a straightforward way. The lens tilts to a maximum angle of 8.5° for maximum effect, but it can be locked in a straight-ahead position for general shooting. Twin ‘bokeh blades’ sit on hinged arms at the edge of the lens, and these can be deployed to create stylised bokeh effects. Designed to appeal to new Lensbaby users, the Sol 45 is compatible with Canon EF, Nikon F, Pentax K, Sony A and E, Pentax, and Fuji X mounts. A 22mm version – the Sol 22 – is also available for Micro Four Thirds cameras. https://sol.lens; £169/$200
