ANTHONY’S DIET/ EXERCISE PLAN

“Every two or three months I like to change up my routine to keep the muscles guessing.

My current routine involves selecting a body part and working it twice a week: one day I go heavy; the other I use lighter weights with high reps. I’ll work that body part for about two months and then switch over to another I feel is lacking. This works for me.

Everyone is different and some people may not respond well to this kind of workout. Do some research, experiment, and find what workout your body responds to best. When it gets too easy, change it.

As for the diet, well, that tends to be my weakness. As of now my diet just consists of chicken, vegetables, steak and Chipotle burritos.”
