“Every two or three months I like to change up my rou­tine to keep the mus­cles guess­ing.

My cur­rent rou­tine in­volves se­lect­ing a body part and working it twice a week: one day I go heavy; the other I use lighter weights with high reps. I’ll work that body part for about two months and then switch over to an­other I feel is lack­ing. This works for me.

Ev­ery­one is dif­fer­ent and some peo­ple may not re­spond well to this kind of work­out. Do some re­search, ex­per­i­ment, and find what work­out your body re­sponds to best. When it gets too easy, change it.

As for the diet, well, that tends to be my weak­ness. As of now my diet just con­sists of chicken, veg­eta­bles, steak and Chipo­tle bur­ri­tos.”
