Dolly - - Crib Notes -

1.

There has been a stuff-up with the room designations and your group has been told to split up by your teacher. How do you react?

a) It doesn’t worry me – I’m confident enough to delegate who stays and who goes to the other room. b) Um, that isn’t acceptable – I sent in my cabin group months ago. I’m not splitting up the squad. c) I’ll do the most talking and arguing about the situation, because if anyone can settle this, it’s me. d) I’ll volunteer myself to join the other room because I don’t want to start drama.

2.

You’re in the middle of a teambuilding activity in the bush and your group is arguing over where to navigate next. How do you sort it out?

a) I take charge as I’m the most skilled at navigating my way back to camp. b) I’m about to scream because I need phone reception and to get away from bugs, stat. c) I want to have a group chat to hear everyone’s perspectives (and pretend that I know the way). d) I’m not panicked – it’s part of the exercise to cooperate and have debates to figure out how we will get back to camp.

3.

It’s the final night and you have the camp party – your one time to hit on the boys. How do you prepare?

a) I’m throwing a pamper sesh for my squad and will “shotgun” that guy I’ve had my eye on. b) I’ve had my outfit planned all week. We’ll do five make-up test runs before we hit the party hall. c) Heavy discussions about how the night will pan out is a MUST, and I’ll brief my BFFS on how it will go down. d) I don’t prepare too much; I want to live in each moment as it happens and enjoy everyone’s company.
