Punnet of ice-cream (we used salted caramel flavour) 4 ice-cream cones Cottee’s Chocolate Ice Magic
Crushed almonds (you could also use sprinkles)
Make 1 choc-top at a time. Start by scooping ice-cream into the cone, packing it full. Working quickly, pour Ice Magic over the icecream so it completely covers the top. Sprinkle on almonds (or sprinkles) and immediately place in the freezer. Repeat with the remaining 3 ice-cream cones, 1 at a time. Leave in the freezer at least 15 minutes before serving, so the ice-cream stays frozen.
