YOU’LL NEED:

Pun­net of ice-cream (we used salted caramel flavour) 4 ice-cream cones Cot­tee’s Cho­co­late Ice Magic

Crushed al­monds (you could also use sprin­kles)

TO MAKE:

Make 1 choc-top at a time. Start by scoop­ing ice-cream into the cone, pack­ing it full. Work­ing quickly, pour Ice Magic over the ice­cream so it com­pletely cov­ers the top. Sprin­kle on al­monds (or sprin­kles) and im­me­di­ately place in the freezer. Re­peat with the re­main­ing 3 ice-cream cones, 1 at a time. Leave in the freezer at least 15 min­utes be­fore serv­ing, so the ice-cream stays frozen.
