If you’ve never seen these before, learn this word: s’mores – an American camping tradition that will make anyone the outdoorsy type. To make: prep ahead by dipping biscuits in melted chocolate. Refrigerate for two hours. Place a square of chocolate (we used Cadbury Furry Friends) on one side of the overturned biscuit. Roast two to three marshmallows over fire until browned. Take another biscuit, and sandwich the roasted marshmallows between the biscuits. The chocolate will melt from the heat. Serve with ho-cho – because we don’t believe in holding back.
