BEST-EVER ROCKY ROAD
MAKE THIS THE DAY BEFORE, THEN WHIP IT OUT AS A MIDNIGHT SNACK. SERVES 6, TAKES 20 MINUTES
YOU’LL NEED •
½ packet chocolate Tiny Teddy biscuits, snapped in half •
1 packet raspberry lollies • Handful almonds •
1 packet marshmallows, chopped in half •
200g milk chocolate TO MAKE 1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Put all ingredients, except chocolate, into a bowl and mix until they’re combined. 3. Break up chocolate and place in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until it has melted. 4. Pour chocolate into the bowl and stir until all ingredients are coated. 5. Spread evenly over the baking tray and refrigerate for at least four hours.
