For me, pick­les have al­ways been a must on clas­sic burg­ers, but lately I’ve had a jar of West­mont Pick­les on standby, so they’ve also been sneak­ing onto the side of my plate with cheese and crack­ers, and pro­vid­ing their sig­na­ture tang in salad dress­ings – de­li­cious!
