(right) Whizzing up a nour­ish­ing smoothie each morn­ing is su­per easy with my Ninja Nutri blender. The pow­er­ful blades cre­ate a re­ally smooth drink, no mat­ter what veg­eta­bles I throw in it. For my lat­est blends I’ve been adding nat­u­ral vanilla plant pro­tein from WelleCo for an ex­tra boost. And, of course, I still need a cof­fee! My new favourite brew uses Latte da Barista macadamia milk from Milka­damia – it adds an un­beat­able creami­ness and rich f lavour to my cof­fee fix.

(left) I love try­ing new ways to en­joy wholefoods and lately I’ve been ex­per­i­ment­ing with an oat roller from Grown & Gath­ered and a Marga Mulino grain mill from Mar­cato. They’ve opened up a whole new world of flavour in my kitchen!

(left) These nest­ing Issi mea­sur­ing cups from Coun­try Road look so el­e­gant on the kitchen shelf and are stylish enough to use as serv­ing dishes for condi­ments or dips. I love the con­trast be­tween the rus­tic stoneware bases and the smooth glaze.
