I’m not the only one celebrating a birthday right now – Queen Vanilla is 120 years old, and to mark the occasion, they’ve created a limitedrelease Master Blend Pure Vanilla Extract, which I’m using in all my baking. Speaking of which, I love these Italian-made copper cake moulds. They’re wonderful for special-occasion baking.
