Garden Club Spring and Rose Flower Show

Dubbo Photo News - - In focus -

OUR Garden Club Spring and Rose Flower Show was held at Brennan’s Mitre 10 Store on the weekend of the 14 & 15 of October. The unkind weather to both farmers and Gardeners alike made for a much smaller show. With the support and help from club members and Mitre 10 management and staff we had a great display. The Raffle donated by Brennan’s was won by Rita Dickerson. Our most successful exhibitor was Bev and Phill Good, the Champion Rose: Carol Tink, Champion cut Flower: Pushpa Jeysaleen, Champion Pot Plant: Joan Campbell, and Champion Decorative: Kay Bennett. Congratulations to all who entered whether you won or not you help make the show a success. Your parents can be ashamed of you.

to Langley’s Coaches for the recent Tassie Highlights tour. Excellent in every way. Cheerful, friendly, helpful. Terrific in every way. More like a big family outing.

to Fay Gravau for all your charity work you’ve done at Bracken House over the years.
