Col Wright has en­sured the Achiev­ers tour con­cept con­tin­ues by host­ing PNG play­ers with his Nyn­gan Tigers club and sup­port­ing their de­vel­op­ment on and off the rugby league field.

There were stand­out per­for­mances from Brock larance who ham­mered 64 against North Coast and backed that up with 2/14, while Marty Jef­frey bowled the zone to vic­tory against Cen­tral North, tak­ing 5/54 with his leg-spin­ners.

The NSW Blues team will be named fol­low­ing this week­end’s south­ern zones car­ni­val.
