Information on car crash sought
A VIVEASH woman and a Beechboro man were left injured on May 3 after a 44-yearold female driver allegedly drove on the wrong side of the road before crashing head-on with their car.
It will be alleged about 9.15pm the woman was driving a black Holden Commodore north in the southbound lanes on the Kwinana Freeway in Salter Point.
The car was being driven towards Perth and was to the north of the Mt Henry Bridge when the driver from Ridgewood crashed head-on with a beige Holden Acclaim travelling south.
A 19-year Viveash woman who was a passenger in the front seat of the Acclaim received life-threatening injuries.
The 20-year-old Beechboro man who was driving the Acclaim received minor injuries.
The 44-year-old Ridgewood woman was charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and dangerous driving occasioning bodily harm.
She will appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday. Anyone with information can phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
