Aquatic cen­tre stays open

CITY of Swan Mayor Mick Wain­wright says the Bal­la­jura Aquatic Cen­tre will not be shut down in light of “in­cor­rect in­for­ma­tion” be­ing spread dur­ing the lo­cal gov­ern­ment elec­tion cam­paign.

Cr Wain­wright said res­i­dents should not be con­cerned over the mat­ter.

“The City of Swan coun­cil has not voted to shut down the Bal­la­jura Aquatic Cen­tre. The cen­tre will re­main open and will con­tinue to be main­tained and up­graded into the fu­ture,” he said. Min charge in­cludes $20 Pre­pay­ment + $99.95 Setup + $10 De­liv­ery (if ap­pli­ca­ble). Only avail­able in se­lected cov­er­age ar­eas. This plan is also avail­able as an nbn™ plan.
