A new tech tool is of­fer­ing a ‘one-stop’ sales plat­form tai­lored specif­i­cally to the real es­tate in­dus­try, with fea­tures in­clud­ing lead gen­er­a­tion, list­ing pre­sen­ta­tion, a mo­bile prop­erty ap­praisal app and sim­pli­fied re­port­ing.

Known as ctcProp­erty, the mo­bile­friendly plat­form is de­signed to han­dle all stages of the sales process and comes com­plete with ac­cess to CoreLogic data, which is clev­erly in­te­grated into the prod­uct work­flows. The soft­ware har­nesses the power of Sales­force but is built specif­i­cally to the real es­tate in­dus­try’s needs.

ctcProp­erty Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor Peter Hutchi­son ex­plained that the vi­sion for the prod­uct was a onestop shop for agents that of­fered a sim­ple yet com­pre­hen­sive so­lu­tion in the one trusted and se­cure plat­form.

“We wanted to give the real es­tate in­dus­try a new and mod­ern tool that in­creases listings and in­come gen­er­a­tion, and im­proves cus­tomer en­gage­ment be­tween the agents and their clients,” he said.

ctcProp­erty in­cludes CRM func­tions like prospecting, mar­ket­ing, list­ing and client man­age­ment, but also fea­tures its own in­built mo­bile in­spec­tion app, ex­change and set­tle­ment ledger, and sales trust ac­count­ing.

It in­te­grates with other Sales­force tools and apps, and will in­cor­po­rate AI and big data ca­pa­bil­ity in 2018 to drive list­ing vol­umes for agents.

“Our vi­sion is to pro­vide one so­lu­tion that pro­vides the in­dus­try with the core of what they do in one place,” Mr Hutchi­son said.
