DENISE HAYNES

Sales + Managing Director, R and R Property

Elite Agent - - TRANSFORM 2018 -

• What is the market like in your area?

I work in a rural and residential market; we cover an extensive area with a vast array of properties to deal with. We experience the most amazing scenery and don’t have any traffic jams.

• What’s your biggest takeaway from the program?

Everyone else is having similar struggles to you. You’re not alone in this business.

• What is one thing you’ve quit doing since Transform?

Putting off phone calls I don’t want to make.

• What else was going on for you during the challenge; how did you fit everything in?

I was looking after my family, managing my real estate agency, completing appraisals, listing appointments, open houses, calls to buyers and sellers, and negotiating deals. To be honest, there wasn’t much time left for balance but I did try to fit in some exercise and eating well. Jet Xavier’s Sunday sessions certainly helped.

• What is your next goal?

To continue implementing the skills I have learnt through this process.

• Would you do it again?

Yes, I’ll definitely do it again next year. I’ll be more prepared next time and diarise time each day for completing challenges.
