THE LOST ART OF THE “JUST BECAUSE” CARD
Another reason to pick up a pen: Hess’ card collaboration with Disney and Hallmark.
Here are the rules
1. Hand-write the card. “I draw everything by hand and I think that’s why people still connect to illustration. Receiving something handwritten is invaluable.” 2. Don’t stop at birthdays. “Send it to someone to say you love them or you care.” 3. There doesn’t need to be a present. “A card to remind someone that they’re great can be more meaningful when it’s not attached to a gift.”
