HOW CAFFEINE, A SIMPLE MAKEUP REGIMEN AND MEDITATION KEEP THIS MODEL AND ACTOR FEELING GROUNDED

-

I WAKE UP AT… seven(ish). I START THE DAY WITH… coffee. I have a La Marzocco coffee machine so it truly feels like a ritual.

I FINISH THE DAY WITH… quality time with my boys, a Facetime with my partner and a sneaky red wine if I feel like it.

MY MAKEUP ROUTINE IS... extremely simple at the moment as I’m at home isolating. MAC’S Eye Pencil in Coffee, Benefit’s Hoola Bronzer and Kevyn Aucoin’s lash curler are some essentials I love. If I do pop out to the shops or around the block for a walk, I always use an SPF. But wearing no makeup at the moment is doing wonders for my skin.

I EXERCISE… by doing Fluidform Pilates online and going for a walk once a day. WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR I SEE… a mama bear trying to do her best. THE CRAZIEST THING I’VE DONE IN THE NAME OF BEAUTY IS… I haven’t done anything too crazy, but I do love to keep my skin looking and feeling amazing with treatments at Liberty Belle skin clinic when I’m in Melbourne.

I DEAL WITH STRESS BY… meditating or, when not in isolation, going on

a beautiful coastal walk in Sydney along the cliffs or going for a swim. THE BIGGEST BEAUTY LESSON I EVER LEARNT WAS… to always wash my makeup off before bed, and not to shape my own eyebrows! THE LAST BEAUTY TREATMENT

I HAD WAS… Dermasweep, which is a type of microdermabrasion that combines exfoliation with serums and acids. There’s no downtime. MY MOST INDULGENT BEAUTY HABIT IS… monthly treatments at my two favourite places: Vaia Beauty in Sydney and Liberty Belle in Melbourne. THE LAST BEAUTY ITEM I BOUGHT MYSELF WAS… Pantene’s new Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo and Conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling beautifully smooth and lightweight, plus there are no nasties. TO TAKE CARE OF MY SKIN I… cleanse my face using Liberty Belle’s Heartfelt in the morning. Then use the rest of the Liberty Belle skin range, which consists of Eye Do eye cream, Glam Squad serum and Superhero moisturiser. I also love an SK-II sheet mask. MY GREATEST BEAUTY DISCOVERY IS… warming up an eyelash curler with a hairdryer. Be sure to test it with your fingers first though, as it can get really hot! MY FRIDGE IS ALWAYS FILLED WITH… fresh produce and lots of food. I love cooking for my family. E
