In Plain Sight Exhibition State Library of WA Until December 5

Ellenbrook Advocate - - WHAT'S ON -

In Plain Sight at the State Library of WA is an experimental interpretation of the Library’s heritage photographic collection presented to evoke questions about the lack of queer perspectives throughout history. The black-and-white exhibit features murals of intimate moments captured in period photographs to suggest what queer relationships may have looked like in WA’s past and challenge traditional understandings of historical perspectives. The State Library welcomes information about any of the people in the photographs as most are unknown.
