One enough for Euroa’s B grade

He joined young Andrew Cros­bie, who played the in­nings of his B grade ca­reer to date, com­pil­ing an un­beaten 36 not out with some im­pres­sive shots and dis­play­ing all the tem­per­a­ment of some­one ca­pa­ble of plenty more runs in the fu­ture.

Both he and Lu­cas passed the runs with­out los­ing their wick­ets, and will hope­fully be able to con­tinue bat­ting long into day two.

Euroa earned them­selves six points, and will push for the full 12 next week­end, need­ing to score heav­ily be­fore lunch and skit­tle Kyabram once again be­fore the end of play.

With the likes of Glee­son, Ben Jones and Ri­ley Dowell still to come, they cer­tainly have the fire­power to make it a long day for the vis­i­tors.
