Don’t go it alone with men­tal health

She has now been a part of Grow for two years.

“I think now that I have been in grow for some time I am a lot more con­fi­dent in my­self and I re­alise now that I am not the only one who suf­fers from men­tal health is­sues,” she ex­plained.

“I do still get my re­lapses of anx­i­ety, but they are be­com­ing eas­ier to man­age with the help of Grow.

“It has taught me to mix with new peo­ple and I have gained more con­fi­dence with other peo­ple.

“This has made me re­alise that I am as wor­thy as ev­ery­body else in my group.

“I have gained some close and help­ful friends in Grow.”

Grow en­cour­ages all those who might be suf­fer­ing from the loss of a job, a loved one, re­la­tion­ship break­down, lone­li­ness, or any other is­sue af­fect­ing their men­tal health to get in con­tact with the group and see for them­selves how be­ing part of the group can help turn things around for them.
