A LIGHT aircraft, experiencing engine problems, was forced to make an emergency landing near Euroa at around 6pm on Sunday evening.
The plane came to rest in a paddock north of Euroa, within close proximity to the airfield.
Euroa police said the experienced pilot was extremely lucky to escape without injury.
All emergency services attended the scene.
ON Saturday, September 29, between 11 and 11.30pm a black carbon fibre push bike was stolen from the rear of MMK Accounting in Euroa.
The brand of bike is RIBBLE with rare sram gearing Miche wheels, with a value of over $4000.
Euroa police are encouraging local businesses in Binney Street to review any CCTV footage that may lead to an arrest.

COLLISION ON FREEWAY
ON Friday, September 21, Euroa police attended a collision between a truck and a car towing a caravan on the Hume Freeway.
No injuries were sustained by either party.
CAR HITS TREE
ON Saturday, September 22, Euroa police attended a single vehicle crash in Euroa.
A male driver was travelling along Siems Road when he lost control of his vehicle and smashed into a tree, with the passenger sustaining injuries.
All emergecny services attended the crash.
The driver was processed for drink driving and other offences and will attend court at a later date.
