• Cat D10 dozer left idling for 3 days straight at mine site... she didn’t glaze thanks to FTC De­car­bonizer al­ready be­ing used!

• Re­built Mack en­gine had glazed up, due to poor run­ningin con­di­tions. Prob­lem solved cheaply & quickly, with no down­time what-so-ever, with FTC De­car­bonizer.

• A fleet of older Macks and Se­ries 60 Detroits. Flushing Oil Con­cen­trate re­duced blow-by and oil use in these older en­gines, some with over 2 mil­lion kms. The pis­ton on the right is from a coal hauler en­gine that had done over 23,000hrs run­ning on FTC De­car­bonizer treated fuel.

All pis­tons and lin­ers had so lit­tle wear, that they were reused (ex­cept this sam­ple kept by CEM). Liner wear was mea­sured well un­der 1 thou, and the cross hatch­ing was still like new! Even the pis­ton rings show wear on no more than 25-30% of the ring face!!
