Mahindra debuts new US-made UTV range in Australia
Mahindra Ag & Auto Australia has launched a new range of three- and six-seater mPact XTV utility task vehicles (UTVs).
Designed and built in the United States, the new Mahindra mPact XTV range comes in numerous configurations to suit Australian conditions.
The Mahindra mPact XTV 750 B Spec features a Kohler 747cc petrol engine, a 544kg capacity cargo box with gas shock-lift assist. It has a tow capacity of 952kg and a top speed of 56km/h. The 750 S adds alloy wheels, a front hitch, and electric-powered cargo box lift.
All mPact models are four-wheel drive with auto-lock front differential, CVT transmission, 27-inch tyres, and large brake rotors on all four wheels. They have 12 inches of ground clearance and independent dual A-frame suspension on all four corners.
The Flex Hauler model has electric lift and an aluminium drop-side tray, a 34-litre fuel tank, and is available in either 747cc petrol or 1000cc diesel.
The aluminium tray is easy to clean and features a hose-out checker plate option, which has not been available as a factory fit on a UTV in Australia before, according to Mahindra.
There are also two six-seater crew cab models available in petrol or diesel that come with a 453kg capacity cargo box. Pricing starts at $16,990 for the Mahindra mPact
XTV 750 B Spec model.
