Another shot at the National Carnival
Pinegrove is again hosting the FGA National Carnival and nominations are now open.
The Pinegrove branch is well advanced with planning for the Carnival which would be held on October 29 and 30.
Co-ordinator Steve Koch said the Carnival will be staged on three grounds but options are being explored to create a broader landscape and a better range of targets than last year.
“It will always be held over three grounds but we would like to spread it out a bit more," he said. “Much closer to the event we will make decisions depending on the weather we are facing, once we have a sound forecast we can make those decisions.
If it all works out we may be shooting in a new area."
The 2015 National Carnival won high praise from those who attended and competed and Pinegrove wants you all to return for 2016 along with a few more.
“I think it is well worth considering coming down to have a crack, especially those who didn't get to shoot it last year," Steve said.
"I imagine it will fill up fairly quickly.”
