This is a non-con­ven­tional wine for a non-con­ven­tional dish.

The dish is de­li­cious and rich with a slightly sticky/gelati­nous feel to the sauce. The wine helps cut through this rich­ness of the sauce with bright red fruits and fine tan­nins.

This is a re­ally ex­cit­ing food and wine combo!
