FourFourTwo - - UPFRONT - Keith Pickett, Liverpool

Having read Stuart Maclachlan’s letter in FFT 289 saying that everyone should go and watch the World Cup at least once, it reminded me of my trip to Spain in 1982. After seeing Italy beat Poland at Camp Nou, we got an overnight train to Madrid (full of Rolling Stones fans!) and were lucky enough to buy some tickets for the final, for the equivalent of about £1 over face value. It is still my happiest football memory to date.
