TURNING BACK TIME FOR VINTAGE FESTIVAL
IT WAS a step back in time for Maryborough at the weekend as the Rockin’ Maryborough Vintage Festival brought a classic vibe to the humble town.
The weekend celebrated everything vintage and retro with iconic music, fashion, pin ups and hot rods of the era rebirthed.
The Happy Days Vintage Ball kicked off the weekend on Friday night with a stack of events to follow.
The Miss Rockin’ Maryborough Pinup Pageant was a hit as well as the Rockabilly Dance Party, live music,dancing in the streets and vintage car, motorbikes, caravans and push bike displays.
If you wanted to have a hands-on experience, a pinup styling workshop and dance lessons were on the list of things to do as well as show ‘n’ shine, vintage markets, Little Miss Maryborough Pageant, tattoo competition and an adorable pooch parade.
