■ APSL Her­vey Bay will of­fer a class ev­ery Tues­day at 10am for med­i­ta­tion and re­lax­ation. Cost will be $3 and this will also in­clude a cuppa after. The class will run for ap­prox­i­mately an hour. We hope many per­sons in the com­mu­nity will ben­e­fit from this new class and take the op­por­tu­nity to par­tic­i­pate.
