THE LATE, GREAT PLANET EARTH

Fremantle Gazette - - OPINION -

PLANET before people.

The downside with the economic model replicated over and over around the world as continuous unlimited growth is that more and more of the natural environment gets gobbled up bit by bit relentlessly as if it’s limitless.

Developers, miners etc just want this bit, and then just that bit and so on.

Ultimately they will leave nothing behind but an unliveable planet beyond carrying capacity in the eventual end game if they could.

Can anyone else but me see the very obvious fast approaching catastrophe if nothing is done by us? BRAD CAPES Coolbellup
