ONE of the great­est con­cerns for many prospec­tive home care clients is hav­ing peo­ple they do not know com­ing into their home to pro­vide the ser­vices, says South­ern Plus chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer Er­rol Turner.

“This is com­pletely un­der­stand­able and is why you need to make sure you choose a rep­utable home care provider who em­ploys staff who are hon­est, re­li­able, qual­i­fied and have had all the rel­e­vant po­lice checks,” he said.

“Our clients reg­u­larly tell us that they re­ally value a care team with peo­ple that they know and trust.”
