■ $121 an­nual in­crease for the av­er­age house­hold, up 7%. WATER ■ $15 in­crease on the two-monthly bill for the av­er­age house­hold, up 5.5%.

■ Ex­tra $18 a week for min­i­mum wage work­ers. The state min­i­mum wage is set to in­crease from $708.90 to $726.90, with award rates also up by $18. About one-third of WA em­ploy­ees are cov­ered by the state sys­tem, with the na­tional min­i­mum wage in­creased to $719.20.

■ $20 in­crease for ve­hi­cle li­cense record­ing fee charges, $1.10 de­crease in the regis­tra­tion record­ing fee for two li­censed driv­ers, $1.55 in­crease for driver’s li­censes and $9 in­crease for mo­tor in­jury in­sur­ance.

■ $21 an­nual in­crease for the av­er­age house­hold, with an in­crease to some fares 2 zones and longer. Stu­dent fares re­main at 70c and SmartRider dis­count of 20% for au­toload and 10% for other re-loads will be main­tained.
