Galston Christian Education Association

Galston, Glenorie and Hills Rural News - - News -

Begun more than 31 years ago, the Galston Christian Education Association continues to engage with the students at Galston High School. We are entirely self funded by local churches and generous individuals and deeply grateful for all the support we receive.

It's now more than 3 years since Lachlan began his work at Galston High School. He's continuing to make a significant contribution to the life of the school, not only with the class he teaches, but also as he is invited to join in with other parts of school life.

As many of you know, Galston High School seeks to make a great and positive contribution to the lives of it's students as well as to our community. It was my great privilege to be able to attend their ANZAC commemorations this year and to see this commitment in action. It's an honour that we can assist in their plans though Lachlan's work and commitment to the school.

We've now started planning for our annual Spring Dinner, the past two years have been sold out. So, if you'd like to 'support the cause' on our major fundraising event for the year - keep the 3rd September free and look out for tickets being sold soon.
