Junior School Students get a taste for Competition
Northholm Grammar Junior School students experienced the thrill of competition at the Royal Easter Show for the first time this year.
The Junior School Agriculture Team was established as a co-curricular activity in 2016 by Senior students as a way for the younger students to gain experience with the School’s poultry and livestock. Since that time, the Junior students have learnt how to handle chickens, trim goat hooves, wash cattle and prepare their own silkie chickens for local poultry competitions.
