Games Master - - UPFRONT -

Colonist survival is all about building rooms to provide different functions. And chickens. I’m not sure who brought them but they wander around the base like they own it. First, I need a workshop to process and manufacture raw materials to create machines and equipment like atmosphere processors, power generators, and heaters. It’s not very well explained, though, and while I’m fumbling around building a desk and smelter – the basics for constructing anything – I get repeated low temperature warnings which I can’t do anything about because I can’t build a heater. While I’m trying to work out what the game wants me to do two people collapse and die. The chickens look on, unconcerned. As tutorials go, this could go better. For once it feels like this is the game’s fault and not mine – nothing’s being explained well at all.
