AGENTS Bartholomew & Co re­ported a re­duced yard­ing at their Beaudesert Store Sale on Satur­day, Septem­ber 1. Pens of qual­ity re­stocker steers sold to a dearer market and weaner heifers were firm on last week’s rates. Only a few pens of store cows came to hand but sold very well.

Paul Corn­well, Moogerah sold Drought­mas­ter steers 2 ½ years for $1,365. Drought­mas­ter steers 12 months from Farmco Pty Ltd, Cryna sold for $780. Bran­gus weaner steers ac­count An­drew Kay, Lower Mount Walker sold for $570. Jason and Michelle Re­berger, Mut­dapilly sold Bran­gus weaner steers for $505. Bev­er­ley Re­berger from Rose­wood also sold Bran­gus weaner steers for $505. TK Pix Fam­ily Trust, Ca­nun­gra sold Charo­lais weaner steers for $505 and Charo­lais weaner heifers for $500. Farmco Pty Ltd sold Char­bray weaner heifers for $610. Charo­lais cows from Pix Fam­ily Trust made $690. Paul Corn­well sold a Drought­mas­ter bull for $1,300.

The next Beaudesert Store Sale will be held on Satur­day, Septem­ber 15, com­menc­ing at 9.30am.
