FORD is stan­dar­d­is­ing a re­verse cam­era and adding SYNC2 across the Ford Kuga SUV range. The ar­rival of on Ford

makes the one most in­no­va­tive small SUVs avail­able with 10 ad­vanced tech­nolo­gies — in­clud­ing im­por­tant driver as­sis­tance and fu­el­sav­ing fea­tures.

From this month, Ford Kuga will be avail­able with Ford’s SYNC2

con­nec­tiv­ity sys­tem for the first time, en­abling driv­ers to op­er­ate phone, en­ter­tain­ment, cli­mate and nav­i­ga­tion sys­tems us­ing sim­ple con­ver­sa­tional lan­guage. The sys­tem will be avail­able as stan­dard on Trend and Ti­ta­nium mod­els.

A re­verse cam­era will be­come stan­dard across the range, while among SYNC2 en­hance­ments are voice con­trol of ra­dio, cli­mate sys­tem and satel­lite nav­i­ga­tion as with traf­fic mes­sage chan­nel.

The Ford Kuga Ti­ta­nium panorama roof has been re­vised to of­fer im­proved ven­ti­la­tion. It can now be op­er­ated along with the win­dows us­ing the key fob as part of global open­ing and clos­ing fea­ture, al­low­ing cus­tomers to bet­ter cool in­side ve­hi­cle on hot days be­fore get­ting in.

The in­te­rior has been fur­ther en­hanced with a new air vent de­sign.
