SEVEN, Saturday, 9.45pm, PG ( 2011)

MI7 agent Johnny English ( Rowan Atkinson, left) has been hiding in a monastery in Asia since 2003, but after someone tries to assassinate the Chinese premier, the world’s most inept spy makes a bold return. As before, his style is unorthodox and his techniques consist of every trick in the book, but that’s exactly where his entertaining appeal lies. While the film doesn’t exactly overflow with comedy gold, Atkinson always engages the screen and his impressive support cast, including Gillian Anderson ( The X- Files) and Dominic West ( The Wire), help hold this clever parody together.
