Nguyen takes a trip down memory lane, reminiscing on his favourite moments and discoveries from his immensely popular journey through the Greater Mekong. Hosted from the surrounds of Cabramatta, Sydney, tonight the lovable gourmet revisits the delights of Yiliang roast duck, salivates over Mr Schwee’s famous beef skewers and recalls a Thai- style curry featuring frogs. It’s all so good, you can make a meal of it again.
