Saturday ATTENBOROUGH’S NATURE’S GREAT EVENTS
What would TV do without David Attenborough? It makes you wonder what we would be watching if the naturalist’s huge catalogue of documentaries ceased to exist. We’d probably be so low on content that a whole channel would get the chop. Viewers can’t get enough of Attenborough and at 87, he is admirably not slowing down. Tonight, it’s all about the spectacular annual spawning event of salmon in North America and the grizzly bears patiently awaiting the arrival of their feast. With hundreds of millions of salmon making the journey from the Pacific Ocean, there is more than enough to go around.
