Two gored by charg­ing bulls

TWO men have been in­jured by bulls on a sin­gle day, in two un­re­lated events in NSW.

One has been left with a punc­tured lung af­ter a bull charged at him on a prop­erty south of Narrabri.

The 54-year-old was gored on Satur­day morn­ing with the bull’s horn pierced the man in the chest, punc­tur­ing his lung and caus­ing other chest in­juries.

He was air­lifted to Tam­worth Hos­pi­tal and is in a se­ri­ous con­di­tion.

Mean­while, a 20-year-old man re­ceived leg in­juries af­ter a bull tram­pled him at Stroud in the Hunter re­gion.

He was air­lifted to the John Hunter Hos­pi­tal in a sta­ble con­di­tion.
