Erskine hops to Roos
ANGLESEA has landed a second key recruit in the space of a week with Grovedale forward Jordan Erskine penning his signature last night.
The power-forward booted 57 goals in 18 games for the Tigers this season but was active over the offseason, searching for a new home.
Anglesea held talks with the former Port Adelaide Magpies player shortly after its BFL season wound up and coach Paul Carson was confident the Roos would land the star goalkicker.
The announcement comes after Anglesea signed former Sydney Swans midfielder Matthew O’Dwyer.
The Roos finished seventh in the BFL this year with an 8-10 win-loss record.
New Roo: Jordan Erskine.
