A man al­legedly found in pos­ses­sion of 48.8g of meth and 60.47g of cannabis has been granted bail un­der home de­ten­tion.

Bren­don John Dun­ning ap­peared via video-link in Ger­ald­ton Mag­is­trate’s Court last Thurs­day charged with pos­ses­sion of cannabis, pos­ses­sion of meth, pos­ses­sion of a pro­hib­ited drug with in­tent to sell or sup­ply, and pos­ses­sion of cannabis with in­tent to sell or sup­ply.

The court was told a pos­i­tive home de­ten­tion re­port had been re­ceived for the ad­dress Mr Dun­ning would be re­sid­ing at.

He was granted home de­ten­tion bail un­der the con­di­tion that he not be re­leased from jail un­til Au­gust 23 to al­low the house to be set up prop­erly.

He was also placed on a $20,000 per­sonal un­der­tak­ing, a $10,000 surety, and was or­dered to sub­mit to urine anal­y­sis test­ing and drug coun­selling.

He was also or­dered not to com­mu­ni­cate with the co-ac­cused. He will reap­pear in court this year.
