A man allegedly found in possession of 48.8g of meth and 60.47g of cannabis has been granted bail under home detention.
Brendon John Dunning appeared via video-link in Geraldton Magistrate’s Court last Thursday charged with possession of cannabis, possession of meth, possession of a prohibited drug with intent to sell or supply, and possession of cannabis with intent to sell or supply.
The court was told a positive home detention report had been received for the address Mr Dunning would be residing at.
He was granted home detention bail under the condition that he not be released from jail until August 23 to allow the house to be set up properly.
He was also placed on a $20,000 personal undertaking, a $10,000 surety, and was ordered to submit to urine analysis testing and drug counselling.
He was also ordered not to communicate with the co-accused. He will reappear in court this year.
