Pear, berry and ginger juice
Preparation: 10 minutes, plus chilling of fruit Serves: 2 Ingredients
3 pears, chilled
2 cups mixed berries, chilled
3cm piece fresh ginger, peeled Method Cut the pears into quarters and core. Push through a juicer along with the berries and ginger.
Pour over crushed or cubed ice if desired, and serve immediately.
