Pear, berry and gin­ger juice

Prepa­ra­tion: 10 min­utes, plus chill­ing of fruit Serves: 2 In­gre­di­ents

3 pears, chilled

2 cups mixed berries, chilled

3cm piece fresh gin­ger, peeled Method Cut the pears into quar­ters and core. Push through a juicer along with the berries and gin­ger.

Pour over crushed or cubed ice if de­sired, and serve im­me­di­ately.
