Blue food colouring
2 tblsps strawberry topping Whipped cream
Melt chocolate on a medium heat in a heavy-bottomed saucepan on the stove. Remove from heat, add two drops of blue food colouring and stir until combined. Cover top 3cm of the glass or mug with chocolate mixture and let it drip down the sides. Stick sugar flowers around the outside of the glass. Pop immediately in fridge to set.
Bring milk to boil on a medium heat and stir in strawberry topping until combined.
Pour into glass and then put a big swirl of whipped cream on top.
Sprinkle with M&M’s Minis, sugar flowers and popping candy.
