400ml milk

2 tblsps straw­berry top­ping Whipped cream

M&M’s Minis

Pop­ping candy

Melt choco­late on a medium heat in a heavy-bot­tomed saucepan on the stove. Re­move from heat, add two drops of blue food colour­ing and stir un­til com­bined. Cover top 3cm of the glass or mug with choco­late mix­ture and let it drip down the sides. Stick sugar flow­ers around the out­side of the glass. Pop im­me­di­ately in fridge to set.

Bring milk to boil on a medium heat and stir in straw­berry top­ping un­til com­bined.

Pour into glass and then put a big swirl of whipped cream on top.

Sprin­kle with M&M’s Minis, sugar flow­ers and pop­ping candy.
