Salted Caramel Ho­cho

Jar dulce de leche

400ml milk

2 tblsps caramel top­ping, plus more for driz­zling Pinch salt

Whipped cream

1 row white cook­ing choco­late (shaved)

1 salted caramel Tim Tam, cut in half

Cover top 3cm of the glass or mug with dulce de leche mix­ture.

Bring milk to boil on a medium heat and stir in caramel top­ping and pinch of salt un­til com­bined.

Pour into glass and then put a big swirl of whipped cream on top. Sprin­kle with white choco­late shav­ings, wedge Tim Tam pieces in the whipped cream and driz­zle caramel top­ping over.

TIP There are no rules when it comes to dec­o­rat­ing your ho­chos with treats. Choose your faves and make up your own combo!
