Salted Caramel Hocho
Jar dulce de leche
2 tblsps caramel topping, plus more for drizzling Pinch salt
1 row white cooking chocolate (shaved)
1 salted caramel Tim Tam, cut in half
Cover top 3cm of the glass or mug with dulce de leche mixture.
Bring milk to boil on a medium heat and stir in caramel topping and pinch of salt until combined.
Pour into glass and then put a big swirl of whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings, wedge Tim Tam pieces in the whipped cream and drizzle caramel topping over.
TIP There are no rules when it comes to decorating your hochos with treats. Choose your faves and make up your own combo!
