Do you scroll Instagram and compare yourself to another? No matter how hard you try, you’ll never look like that person because you’re an individual. Don’t strive for the unachievable, be the best version of yourself.
Be your own cheer squad
Positive affirmations are so important. Try three a day when you wake up and when you go to sleep, such as three things you love about yourself or that make you feel good. Our personal faves are: “I am more than my appearance, I am beautiful inside and out, I am strong.”
Compliment a friend or encourage relatives – by lifting others, we lift ourselves and the domino effect goes on! Tell a friend what’s beautiful about them every so often – it’ll make you both feel great.
