It’s no se­cret we love smooth­ies. Not only are they a great way to cram in heaps of nu­tri­ents and vi­ta­mins, but they’re su­per quick and easy to make.

Week­end War­rior It’s packed with an­tiox­i­dants thanks to the blue­ber­ries.

* 180ml co­conut wa­ter * 2 tblsps rolled oats * Hand­ful blue­ber­ries * 2 pit­ted dates

* ½ tblsp chia seeds

* 30g pro­tein pow­der * 1 banana

Just throw these in­gre­di­ents into your blender with some ice and you’re good to go!
