It’s no secret we love smoothies. Not only are they a great way to cram in heaps of nutrients and vitamins, but they’re super quick and easy to make.
Weekend Warrior It’s packed with antioxidants thanks to the blueberries.
* 180ml coconut water * 2 tblsps rolled oats * Handful blueberries * 2 pitted dates
* ½ tblsp chia seeds
* 30g protein powder * 1 banana
Just throw these ingredients into your blender with some ice and you’re good to go!
